These Terms of Use describe the basic rules for using the global version of the MemStora app and the memstora.app website.

Using MemStora

MemStora is a tool for backing up, transferring, searching, and restoring photos and videos. You are responsible for using the app lawfully and for making sure you have the right to copy, transfer, store, or restore the media you choose to process.

You must not use MemStora to infringe others' rights, distribute unlawful content, disrupt networks or devices, or attempt to bypass security protections.

Your Content

Your photos, videos, and backup files remain yours. MemStora does not claim ownership of your content. The app only processes media and files as needed to perform the backup, transfer, search, or restore actions you choose.

Storage Destinations and Third-Party Services

You may choose to use iCloud Drive, WebDAV servers, local storage, NAS, or other destinations with MemStora. Those services are provided by their respective owners, and their own terms and privacy policies apply. You are responsible for configuring and securing your chosen storage destinations.

Purchases, Subscriptions, Refunds, and Ads

If MemStora offers in-app purchases, subscriptions, advertising, or promotional content, additional terms from Apple, app stores, payment processors, advertising platforms, or other third-party providers may apply.

Software and Updates

We may update MemStora to add features, improve reliability, fix bugs, or address security and compatibility requirements. Some features may change over time as the product evolves.

No Warranty

MemStora is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to make the app reliable, but we do not guarantee that every backup, transfer, restore, network, or third-party storage operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.

You should keep appropriate backup copies of important photos and videos, especially before deleting originals or changing storage locations.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MemStora will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date on this page. Continued use of MemStora after changes means you accept the updated terms.
