MemStora Global Privacy Policy

Overview

MemStora is a backup, wireless transfer, search, and restore tool for photos and videos. The app is designed to work on your device, between your own devices, and with storage destinations you choose.

We do not require an account, we do not operate a photo storage server for your library, and we do not collect or upload your photos and videos to MemStora servers.

What Data We Collect

We do not collect personal data through the MemStora app for normal backup, transfer, search, or restore use. Your photo library remains on your device, on your selected storage destination, or on the receiving device during a direct wireless transfer.

MemStora may request local permissions only when needed for app features:

• Photo Library access, so you can select, back up, transfer, search, and restore media.
• Local Network access, so your devices can find and transfer to each other.
• File or storage access, so you can save backups to destinations you choose.
• Notifications, so the app can alert you when backup or transfer tasks finish.

How We Use Data

MemStora uses the permissions above only to perform actions you start in the app. We do not use your photos or videos for advertising, profiling, model training, or selling.

Third-Party Services

If you choose to back up to iCloud Drive, WebDAV, local storage, NAS, or another destination, your media is handled by that destination according to your own settings and the destination provider's terms and privacy policy. MemStora does not control those third-party services.

If the global version later includes advertising, payments, analytics, or other third-party SDKs, this policy will be updated to describe them.

Data Storage and International Transfers

MemStora does not transfer your photos, videos, or backup files to MemStora servers. Storage locations are selected and configured by you. Any international transfer through a storage destination depends on the service or device you choose.

Children's Privacy

MemStora is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
